Viewing and reviewing our own photos is a valuable part of the group’s activity which is working well. During the 2009/2010 session, 42 of us contributed to the gallery, up from 25 the previous year. We hope most in the group will contribute to the gallery during the current year.
The gallery automatically selects photos submitted for the next meeting.
- for other dates, type [yyyymm] into the search box and click search eg for March 2010 type 201003
- for all dates, search for . (means anything)
- to return to the current month, clear the search box

Copyright
You maintain copyright over uploaded photos, but by submitting images to the gallery you give permission for them to be displayed on the U3A Guildford Photographic Group website and offline at Group meetings, and for them to be used for instructional or publicity purposes on behalf of the Group by the Group Leader or any Group Member nominated by the Group Leader.
Adding photos
There are no restrictions on what you submit, how processed, location or subject, except that pictures must be your own. When submitted, photos should usually be less than 21 months old.
- for each meeting you may submit up to two photos
- in addition, you can submit two photos for each set subject
There are several ways to submit photos for the members gallery:
- Use update to upload your photos. This is the preferred option - see easy upload or detailed upload instructions
OR
- Bring prints to the meeting
- Bring the photos you wish to submit to Burpham 15 minutes or so before a meeting starts (eg on a CD or a memory card)
